How to Cook a Turkey?
Step 1: Turkey is washed and then marinated with salt water and pepper for 4-6 hours.
Step 2: Wash the marinated turkey, remove the chicken butt, and use the kitchen paper to clean the surface of the water.
Step 3: Place the grill in the flat foil tray, then spread the tin foil on the grill and use a knife to make a small opening.
Step 4: Cut carrots, celery, and onions into minced meat.
Step 5: Put the vegetables in the belly of the turkey and fill it up.
Step 6: The remaining vegetables are placed in the bottom of the baking tray.
Step 7: Fix the turkey with wire.
Step 8: Prepare the butter, heat it in a microwave oven for 20 seconds, add it to the Italian spice and melt it into a barbecue sauce.
Step 9: Place the turkey on the grill and spread the turkey sauce evenly over the surface of the turkey.
Step 10: Preheat the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, bake for 1 hour, then take out 329 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 2.5 hours.
